Order processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing refers to:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping options include:

  2. Express International
    • Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
    • Carrier: Canada Post International Xpresspost or similar service

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Shipping method selected

Exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout before payment is completed. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders above a certain value.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping and may exclude remote areas.

Remote Areas and Territories

Additional shipping charges and extended delivery times may apply for deliveries to remote areas, including but not limited to:

  • Northern territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut)
  • Remote postal codes
  • Islands and rural communities

If your address is in a remote area, additional fees may be applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after your order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery time depends on:

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

    • We cannot predict these charges, and they are not included in your order total
  2. Customs Documentation
    • We declare all shipments accurately on customs forms
    • We cannot mark merchandise as “gifts” or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees
  3. Delays
    • International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing
    • These delays are beyond our control and are not included in estimated delivery times

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Delays or non-delivery due to incomplete address information
  • Address changes after an order has been placed

Package Loss or Damage

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Provide your order number and tracking information
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  4. Depending on the circumstances, we may send a replacement or issue a refund

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order:

  2. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
  3. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our Return Policy

Partial Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, we may ship items separately if some products are temporarily out of stock. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for partial shipments.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require physical shipping and will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout, typically within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

Shipping Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
