Welcome to Scattered Sprout (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of scatteredsprout.ca (the “Site”) and the journals, planners, and related products (collectively, the “Products”) offered by Scattered Sprout.
By accessing the Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.
“Account” means the account created by you to access certain features of the Site. “Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information or other materials. “Customer,” “you,” or “your” means any person who visits the Site or purchases Products. “Order” means a request to purchase Products through the Site. “Third-Party Services” refers to services or content provided by third parties that may be displayed, included, or made available on our Site.

For digital products, due to their nature, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified. We do not offer refunds for digital products except in cases where the product is defective or not as described. All journal and planner designs, layouts, templates, and related materials are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of our Products, except as permitted by law.
Scattered Sprout, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Scattered Sprout or our affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
